Abstract: A global school lunch program to reach every child in the world to test and show to ourselves the adequacy of resources to provide for our numbers, and in the program teach a unifying curriculum:
It is a bold proposal to unite humanity with a living new language. It is a noble proposal as well, deserving our attention and will, and for that it is worthy of sound moral instruction and a noble teacher. Who better than William Holmes McGuffey (1800-1873) whose Eclectic Readers made him America's school teacher during America's finest years? Who better to be school master of the world than William Holmes McGuffey? What language would be better than English? It has already become the lingua Franca of the world. The aim is within reach now.
Given the ominous foreboding of the Message of the Georgia Guidestones it is incredible to conceive that the post-apocalyptic world of shattered civilization would have the resources to achieve this noble aim. We have the resources now, and in bringing one another to common understanding by a single tongue may be pivotal for the survival of Mankind.
It is a bold proposal I put forth now: that the simplest way to test the message of the Guidestones and discover definitively what is the bearing capacity of the Earth for our numbers is to school them, and feed them all.
The curriculum is proven and ready, the McGuffey's Eclectic Readers, and are surprisingly fresh and relevant. Indeed in a world that wants to uphold human dignity and bring the benefits of prosperity to the many even as it powers down, the McGuffey Eclectic Readers shall become more relevant in time.
Suited for pre-school through grade 12 and for academic pursuits of collegiate clarity the McGuffey's Eclectic Readers are ideal for the global school curriculum for one language.
What must be done is to feed these students. A global school lunch program has been suggested before, and enjoyed some political popularity in the United States, with the vision taking form in the Global Food for Education Initiative, feeding and schooling children with the American McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program, and enjoys bi-partisan support.
What better nation to lead this bold initiative than America? We have fallen in favor with the world for our leaders betray us and all mankind to a world of scarcity and hardship under the mastery of their New World Order.
To win everyone to the cause of reason we must speak the same language. and nothing is more central to the concern of the everyman than the welfare of his children.
School them, Feed them.
To those naysayers who say it can't done, or shouldn't be done for whatever obscure and pseudo-moral philosophy that in your mind obviates it, I ask you only this:
Which is it world; are you overpopulated and groaning under the burden of your excess numbers and thus already doomed, or is there enough to provide for everyone's needs? This is the test not only of human will but of the thermodynamics of world civilization.
The economic benefits of trying this should be seen as purely constructive in every state and for every village, and the result of success may allow the solving of many pressing problems without having to resort to mass murder for lebensraum.
It is that simple, and frightening, for we may in trying to unite humanity with a living new language discover that the thermodynamic limits of civilization have already been exceeded, and we are doomed, and may then without guilt subscribe wholeheartedly to the law of conquest. It must be tried for to do otherwise is go forward ignorant of whether it is truly too late, or even if we did do the best we could.
